Moto 360 vs. Huawei Watch W1: Best Smartwatch?

Unlike the 2014 watches, the Android watches design has evolved significantly, and now you can find some of the best-looking Smartwatch that look elegant and modern.  The second-gen Moto 360 Watch and the Huawei Watch W1 are the best looking watches, but they are very expensive at the same time. Both, Motorola and Huawei are releasing the watches at the same time, which is not a coincidence, and it means the competition is on and both the companies want to get your consideration and exchange dollars.  Here you can see the best features of both watches, and you can decide which one to get.

Design

The design is one of the most important factors to consider when you want to buy a smart watch. The design of 2nd-gen Moto 360 and Huawei Watch W1 is round in shape and contains a 42mm face.  They both used bezel design, which makes them look like a normal watch.  Compared to any other real watch, these new-gen watches are very comfortable to wear.  However, Moto 360 lug design is little better than Huawei watch.  You can find the difference clearly if you got smaller wrist size as the Moto 360 lug makes the band attached closely to the wrist, whereas the Huawei lugs are a little bit straighter and it stretches few millimeters, which makes the band attachment little far.

The Motorola Company offers some modifying options, where you can mix and match bezel colors, case colors, bands, and patterns. The Huawei offers various SKUs, but it does not offer any modifying options.

Screens

The screen is one of the most visible differences between the Huawei Watch and Moto 360. The 2nd-gen Moto 360 comes with a Flat LCD panel, which makes the watch no encompassing light sensor and no bezel on the face.  The black part at the bottom of the watch is where you will get all the electronic connecting and display drivers. However, Huawei Watch contains AMOLED panel, which is totally round.

The Moto 350 is available in 2 different resolutions and screen sizes, and it offers perfect viewing angles and its outdoor performance is much better than the Huawei Smartwatch.  The other features in 360 are that you can adjust the brightness of the display anytime, but with Huawei Watch, you have to go to settings to change the brightness when you go outside.

Smartwatch Battery Life

The Huawei Watch W1 contains a 300mAh battery that is equal to 42mm Moto 360. The Moto 360 contains 400mAh battery in the larger watch.   However, the battery life is same in both watches.  When you use the watch moderately, then both watches may lose around 4 percent battery life per hour.  If you install around a dozen apps in Moto 360 Smartwatch, then the battery life is about 24hrs, whereas the Huawei Smartwatch battery life is few more hours more than 360.

Watch Faces and Software

Both Moto 360 and Huawei run  Android and you may have the same kind of experience when you wear them.  The Huawei Watch is a little more receptive compare to Moto 360. The difference is actually negligible, only you can see it when you test both devices for its responsive feature.

These are some of the features that make both watches, unique and well-designed.
